FIND ONE PERSON-Joshua 18:3-10
one hour of prayer walking = 1 pressure point
ASK ONE QUESTION - Luke 14:15-24
one encounter (open book) with all verses read to the lost person= 2 points

FORM ONE GROUP- Romans 16:5
one level four small group meeting= four points

Gateway leaders need to show extreme interest in obedience to reach the lost. They must also be broken of their legalistic and judgmental attitudes and they must go through 15 hours of introduction to what we are doing. They must also understand that God's Son was given to us as a gift and in no way shape or form can we earn God's approval by obeying the Ten Commandments or by our own goodness or by our own wisdom. All must be able to communicate that it is humanly impossible for us to get to heaven. They must also demonstrate some Biblical Competence in the doctrines of Salvation, Return of Christ and be trying to find a group of people to lead.
MOTIVATIONAL PART OF THE GALATI PLAN
(Mark 9:37-38)
Each of the Motivational Steps have a three hour interactive lesson attached.

God Bless You NGU Thanks for all you did for us
This has been a very special group for me. I pray that they will be blessed for their great attitudes, their great hearts and their submissive spirits. I know that God had to be pleased with all that they did the last three weeks. I now have a city that I can start working in with many many contacts that this team opened up. Every Zone and over 1000 people directly confronted with the Gospel. Lord keep them safe as they travel home...

Kingdom of Darkness was hit hard by NGU 801 PPts
Over the course of this month, these young people have been going and telling the people of Braila the Gospel. They have acquired 159 hours of prayer walking collectively, they have 262 Open Book encounters (which means around 1000 people heard), they have had the first ever 8 level three lessons and finally they have had the KDT for a collective 14 hours. They had a total of 133 pressure points today alone! We hit zones 12, 13 and 14. This group was really blessed today to be able to talk with so many people about Jesus. We were hoping to go from 666 to 777 but the Lord blessed and we went to 801 pressure points for a Mission Point Total.
This was our last day to hit Braila with this team... I hate to see them go but they know that they put their feet in the middle of the Kingdom of Darkness and Shared Jesus Without Fear for three weeks.
Well, I pray that you all have been blessed by this team and their efforts as much as I was.

NGU has one more day of work...
Well I am going to hate to see this team leave. They are really a great bunch and have won not only my respect but my heart also. I pray that the Lord will bless them for all the help that they have brought us. So we started the day with 600 pressure points. We then added the 28 points from Sunday and the 38 from this evening for a total of 66. So after studying Revelation today as part of the Kingdom Doctrinal Track along with the specific things that we need to be avoiding I am very happy that we are using the devil's number against him!

God continues to work in the valley
This was a great day for the valley. Converts from the valley got together and had a church service. It was awesome to hear NO ENGLISH spoken! A brother from the local church spoke on grace and did a wonderful job of teaching them on this all important subject. I was so proud of the local church (Holy Trinity and Pastor Ovi for helping) Bogdon in the valley. I was also so proud of Bogdon and Paula for praying all week that some one might come this Sunday. They are really truly becoming leaders in the Kingdom of God. Their lives are burning so bright and they really know that people need to be saved and that by Grace. I can not put into words the feelings I have after starting to prayer walk the valley back in late 2004. This to my knowledge was the first time that the American didn't take the lead and allowed the national to speak in all of the services we have had. In the past things were just not set up for this...now they are praise the Lord.

The Chief
Randy has done an impeccable job with this CCSBA/Galati team. I was very impressed by his ability to get the job done. After bringing in 12 teams over the last five years it was great to have help this year! Justin and I were saying that he reminds us of the position that the ranking enlisted person in a squadron is called, "Chief" the Chief Master Sergeants are the ones that get things done in the military. Well, God bless you Randy...but you look so tired! With Angela working the team in Braila, you and Justin working the team in Galati...I just don't see why your so tired. I am feeling rather refreshed this year for having three teams in at the same time!
New Director of Missions
To understand my comment about the need to get the churches motivated to equip the saints again please read Ephesians 4:11-13 and then just hold it up to what you see happening as many of our churches are doing the opposite of what this verse actually teaches! Until the churches make reaching directly into the harvest and making evangelism a priority again we will continue to be wiped out one by one.
It was a great pleasure to meet Matthew this last week. I pray that the Lord will show CCSBA a way to expand the Kingdom of God through his leadership. I am praying that those who understand missions and the need to get the church "members" engaged in missions will remain united on that front. I am a big believer in "The Church is the Missionary" concept of church. Over the years the world has seen the gospel as very hostile to its ways. The Devil has done to the church the same thing people do to contagious diseases, he as quarantined the Gospel into the little buildings to keep it from spreading. The Pastors must lead the charge...we are at war. I pray that Matthew can rally the troops and not fall into the same old trap of DOING missions for the churches. I remember quite well when our president of the IMB, Jerry Rankin, told us that it was not the IMB's job to do missions! I thought to myself, "is he crazy? Of course it is the IMB's job to do missions" then he explained...it is the local SBC's church's job to do missions and the IMB's job to make sure that it happens abroad. Now that I am trying to start churches overseas in two cities with populations of just under 1,000,000 people ,(with only three active Baptist churches) I see that Dr. Jerry Rankin was exactly right and that I had been taught incorrectly and was in direct conflict with the concepts that really clarify the local churches responsibilites.
I pray that Matthew will be able to bring a new awareness to this need and not just become as some of said, "A pastor to the pastors". I hope and pray that God will stir his heart and that he will be responsible for getting many of our SBC church "members" to accept the call to missions abroad. Our churches are dying because we have our eyes on the economy more then the Lord above and the next life. May God forgive us for loosing site of our priorities! May the churches begin to make the "Kingdom of God" their primary concern again.

45 Open Book Encounters in only 3 Hours
It was an incredible day down in Braila. We did a level 5 in the morning studying the first of fourteen Kingdom Doctrinal Track slides. After lunch we broke into five groups of four each and prayer walked the south side of the city from 3-6. What was amazing was that in only three hours we had 45 open book encounters that is a record for sure. We literally went down one street and talked with nearly every person that was outside for nearly two hours. Our team had 18 open book encounters and another team had 15! God smiled on us today...

90 Open Book Encounters In One Week
We had a great day today. To tired to talk about it...this team is great. Oh! This a video shoot of the very first Level 3 done in Braila. They were able to get several more level three's set up.
The Upper Room Level 7 with NGU
This weekend I wanted NGU to see the work in Galati. They came up to the service in the Valley where Bogdon is trying to get a level 7 Started at a new location. It was a nice sunny and hot service. After that we went to a restaurant and waited 2 1/2 hours to eat. Then they walked five miles to the training center. They basically walked from the valley to the training center along the river and then back into the city. This was great training for them if they become missionaries in a remote location.
We had a service in the evening letting them see a level 7. This is totally different then a traditional church service and I wanted them to see the difference. It was great to hear them learn from the five mistakes that Lot made before he was nearly destroyed by the fire from heaven. I listened to them as they shared about their temptations and struggels. I pray that the Lord used that time to really speak to their hearts. Praise the Lord for the desire he has put in their hearts to build His Kingdom and for His Glory.
This team still has ten days to go. We are sitting on 166 pressure points. They still have a long way to go to reach 1 Cameron! We are hoping to achieve this by Friday but we want to be faithful to follow up on the contacts we already have and start some level 3's.

NGU Shines Today
After only two days of training and two more days of operations we now have 50 hours of prayer walking and 58 open Bible encounters using SJWF. These guys will be able to progress to several level threes next week. The possibility exists for us to start a level four group even before NGU leaves if we work the next couple of weeks right. That would be awesome. As of now the NGU team has 166 pressure points with 140 of those coming in the last two days!

Day of Operation E Contact
We had two days of "warm up" and now we are in the thick of it. After three days this team has recorded:
38 hours of prayer walking, they have had 37 open book encounters and are off to a great start. Pray that we can begin to pace ourselves a bit. I personally have lost 12 pounds in the last three weeks so I am very happy about this pace. We have three or four homes to go do lessons in today....we hope.
Matthew Tanner the new DOM of CCSBA will be with us today in Braila.

Justin Costel and Andrew G4 Level 3
Angela Baptism by Fire First Team Meeting
A look at the Focus of the Attack
So we will continue to use the 555 points as a standard. It will not be difficult to exceed this unit for a two week team because we have more help. But I realize now that this is a unit of measurement that really gives me an idea of how we are doing. This 1 Cameron Unit is now a very effective tool to show how much progress we are making towards a group that KNOWS how to multiply. This is the key to discipleship!!! We are simply keeping track of number of hours we prayer outside, number of people we talk to about Jesus from the Bible (no hidden "I just try to be their friend stuff"), Number of EV lessons taught in houses, and number time a person meets in a home church environment, and also the tracking of leaders.
The Task ahead of us it to get the SBC teams quickly trained in the basics, especially SJWF (Level 2) Share Jesus Without Fear. Then turn them loose. If we can't find translaters then we either hand out literature or find an english speaker. This year I hope to try something new though. I hope to hand out a card where they can contact us on our web site trough an e-mail account. I hope this works....we will send them the lessons over the mail and then visit them to confirm they understood the lessons and more important see if they want to start a lesson in their homes.

Report after teaching first lesson level 3
This was a big day for Gabriela. She was with us last November when we prayer walked Zone 4 and now she is back teaching her first level three lesson from the National Bible Reading Campaign. She was amazed at the fact these two didn't know anything at all about the Christian faith. Here she is saying exactly how the lesson went ....In Romanian! More and more of these blog posts will be in Romanian because the plan demands that they take the front seat and begin pushing outward in Romanian without us to slow it down.
Lesson 3 in ZONE 4 Good Job Gabriela
We were able to do two level Three lessons in Zone 4 today. One of them didn't go so well because of a drunk man but the other went very well. For those of you that prayed for Gheorge the other day, Thanks...we were able to get into a house and teach a lesson to two ladies, one was 24 and the other 25. It went very well and these were the first two lessons that Gabriela has taught with the Level 3 material. She did great....I am very proud of her. She faced a demon or two in the first lesson that she was teaching. But she taught the lesson and stayed on the subject.
Zone 13 Level 3 First Visit
Now that I have made the first contact it will be important to select the correct person for the job. I have several options at this time:
Best option is probably to get somebody that is an older female to start the lessons while at the same time taking the younger men working our plan and have them start working with the boy. We will see what will work best. I like the location and probably would be able to get a group here in the future if the Lord would allow us that privilege.
I am sure we will be taking them to the clinic in Braila also at some time in the near future.
Following Up On Contacts is Important
We like maps!!!! This is how we track most of our contacts! I want to do a follow up visit on thelady we met yesterday at Metro.

More People to Pray for
Hopefully we can get over to Anacuta's house to do lessons... She is the second person we met this week that is having to go through parking lots to ask for money. We will go to her house and try to start lessons with her. She lives in Zone 13. We always help these mothers out if some how we can confirm the need. Not with much but with enough to get her through the day and next day..
Times are Tough in America
It seems that a someone in South East Missouri has found a second job trying to make ends meet. We have found that one of our Baptist sisters has been modeling on the side to try and pay the bills. I guess when times get tough the tough get going!!!!
Katie Geddes is the on-site reporter- Cameraman remains anonymous
Love ya Tamara sorry for bringing this to every bodies attention!

Please pray for Gheorghe
This is another person needing prayer. He really believes that God brought us to him and he really seems to want his life to change. We are welcome in his home. Please pray for us to get in there and present the Gospel in a way that he will truly have hope for the next life.
Level 1 and 2 in Zone 4
I told this lady named Carmen that many, many people would be praying for her....I hope that you will take time to lift her in prayer. She has problems breathing, pains in her heart and also some issues with her blood. Most of all she is connected to three new families that we have found in Zone 4 tonight. We found a guy who said he believed God sent us. He really wants to get right with God. I hope to start three level threes over there soon. We met this family prayer walking in Zone 4 last December.
Praying for our Work here in Galati
Justin told me that his family met last night and prayed with a cell church in Atlanta. They watched the blog that mentions everybody by name posted yesterday. I had asked for prayer and they actually met for three hours.... and lifted us up in prayer. THAT is exactly why I started blogging again. We NEED your prayer cover. I know for a fact that when we lost our prayer cover things became MUCH more difficult. I really am pleading for people to start praying for us again and I will try my best to keep you informed. Thanks for taking my request for prayer cover seriously church and Pastor thanks for taking time to let your people pray also. May the Lord bless you abundantly for this....
Justin finally gets his Christmas Present
Justin just returned from a few days traveling around Europe. He was able to keep sharing his faith and also discovered some interesting things regarding the spiritual temperature here in Europe. Things about the promise, one world order and the extreme dislike for the nation of Israel. Just like the Bible predicted centuries past!
Good Report from Zones 7 and 6
We are discussing a way to include Matthew 25 activities into our Cell Church reporting. This can not be taught but must not be avoided either. We took about one hour and a half to discuss things as they are and then shot a quick interview for prayer requests and praises!

These 22 people will be spending part of the summer advancing the Kingdom of God here in Southeast Romania. I am so thankful but also a little intimidated for several reasons. Just please lift us in prayer and I will keep you posted on how your prayers are helping. They arrive in three waves. Two teams will land on the 12th by airplane and the other will have already been here arriving by bus to Braila on the 10th.
IGO CCSBA will work zone 9 in Galati with Justin
North Greenville University will work Braila with Angela Stamps
Randy and I will try to keep things moving!!
Level 3 Zone 9 New Family 2nd Lesson
This is the Ionita Vasile family with his wife (Iuliana Carmen) on the far right and daughter (Daniela Georgiana) in the middle. They have been so kind to me and have allowed me to try and teach the Level Three material People who knew Jesus, without the use of a translator. They don't speak English so this is a real challenge. I am able to get through the lessons but I am severely handicapped compared to teaching them in English as I have in the past. But I know that I need to be stretched in this area and I must work hard to learn this language. I really like this family and they sort of remind me of a Bogdon and Paula I met some years back! I pray that they will come to Christ soon. They took out all their Icons and showed me them. This is where I don't even say a word. I just complement them and move on...the lesson went great!
Vasile was at the airport in 98 and stood only 15 feet away from Bill Clinton when he came to Romania. This was a big event in his life. He has held the same job for over ten years and seems to be a very stable person. His wife is a real sweet heart and I just pray and please you also lift here in prayer for salvation. Thanks!

Bogdons Reporting on Zone 6 Valley
Bogdon truely has been doing an awesome job in the valley. I think that he is doing everything he knows to do. He has his NEW believers...ones that HE has won to Christ, following him and doing the first three steps. They are WANTING to serve God and they are truely growing. Bogdon has much to be in prayer about now as his house, apartment, has been sold and he now has been given a notice. THEY have to move. So please pray about this... He really needs to find a new place to live soon. The situation is very complicated and I don't really know what to do about this except pray. Well, you all need to be praying for Bogdon and the work in the valley. He is doing an incredible job and also I want to thank Bridge Builders for supporting him and bringing him up under their ministry. They keep in constant prayer for him and also have weekly meetings with him... the group is out of Prestonwood in Plano Texas.
